Are they refillable ?

No. The container is soft plastic, only the lid is hard. You could refil it yourself but it would be a pain sticking in one glove at a time.

Would anyone recommend using the purple/3.2 mil thickness when using bleach?

I have used these gloves when cleaning with bleach with out any problems. The bleach was not full strength, but in other products .
