I did order two and box was fine but inside were strange bends, wont recomment.** A: Mine was packed very good with no damage when it arrived. **Q: Does anyone know the angle of the shelf?** A: The shelf is designed to bolt onto the vertical mounting rails on each side of a server cabinet (via the holes on each front-facing vertical flanges on the left and right sides of the shelf. The flat surface of the shelf sits in the server cabinet on a horizontal plane and is level from left to right and front to back (assuming the server cabinet is on a level floor surface and vertical mounting rails are perpendicular to the floor surface). **Q: I've got a custom built rack that runs a little small. What are the actual measurments that go between the rack mounts? 43.7 cm or something else?** A: I have both a home built rack and a studio cabinet style rack and this shelf was too small to use on both (my home built rack which is 1/8" under 19" center-to-center!) I measured 18 1/4" or 46.36cm center-to-center on this...which makes it useless for standard 19" racks.
