They’re okay
I tried these in a whim and I am not mad at them. I feel like as with introducing most new products to your system you may have a placebo affect of them working but maybe they aren’t. These seemed to work in the first couple of weeks. I had brighter skin and my appetite was normalizing but after about 3 weeks, I’m not seeing so many changes and that’s fine. I think they are still working but just regulating with my body. My only drawback is how sweet they are.
