Good color match
Had my Bruce hardwood floor professionally refinished with fruitwood stain. Matches perfectly to fill in any scratches or dents. This will stay soft and does not harden. Stays flexible and allows the wood the expand and contract. It will dry out in the jar if not sealed tight.

It is a Pecan color that works as expected.
This is truly a Pecan shade. Matches my dining table exactly. Just recommend reading the instructions to get the best result; I admit I didnโt initially, but now having done so, the product went on perfectly and the results are above what I expected. Excellent product. 10 of 10

Floor repair putty
I liked the consistency of this putty but it dried with a greenish tint!

Highly Recommend!
Perfect for touching up nail holes in my walnut wood strips. This little jar will go a long way since you don't need much for touch ups. Easy to apply, just use your finger and gently wipe the excess off.

Does not dry. Oozes an oil stain.
It never dried. After waiting 36 hours, the putty just fell right out when probed. Other than leaving an unsightly oil stain on the wood, this putty did nothing useful. Iโm returning it.

This Stuff Works
I bought this putty for a project I'm working on in Cherry. It color matches to the cherry exactly. Working with it is a bit different from other putty I've used. This putty does not get hard so that you can sand it. You have to spread it with a knife of some type and wipe off the excess with a rag. Then let it cure before applying finish. It' almost invisible under the finish.

Good
Good for dark floor , you can fill the holes in the floor with it and you canโt see the difference, easy to use

Too soft and grainy, kind of hard to work with
I bought this to patch up some Knicks and gashes on an antique couch that I'm refinishing. The pace rubbed in to the wood blemishes really well but even when sealed with paint didn't really firm up very well. It also dried out fairly fast when I was working with it and just became like grainy and powdery and then it would just start rolling off the wood. If I had to do it again I would pick a different wood fill that has a resin base or something that can sell harden more than this. I don't imagine I'm going to be using this for many projects in the future.

It doesn't dry, it's just a gooey oily mess. Wish I could return it.

Great product
Oil based Color Putty is an excellent product. I mix different colours to achieve the exact colour I want. It is very easy to apply and becomes durable after it dries. Another plus is that once a jar with a putty is opened, the remaining putty stays pliable in a closed jar, unlike water based wood fillers that dry out and are not usable. If needed, the oil based putty can be made more soft with an addition of pure mineral oil.

The color is grey really not white!!
After applying on Brad nails, the color turns to grey really instead of white. Also, it was dry and hard to work with. Waste of money and time!!!!
