These helped me a lot. Really help curve my cravings during the day

I purchased these for the possible help in weight loss. Not a miracle pill for weight loss, but with the improved cholesterol levels, I will continue to take daily.

It a cheap natural supplement that helps reduce your appetite by adding some calorie free volume to your empty stomach. You can eat a bag of lettuce instead … or you can just get this. I don’t get all these bad reviews about it being ineffective. What exactly are they expecting? You want a full potency drug that will ruin your body, but at least you’ll be skinny in 4 week time. If you are hungry and have enough patience to wait 30 minutes, you’ll notice that you are not as hungry and eat less and maybe if you are consistently eat clean and exercise over time the results will show.

I’ve been taking this 30 minutes before I eat and I feel full before I eat. The other day I had a shake and a half sandwich and struggle to finish the sandwich. I will say that the full feel feels different than being full from eating. It’s hard to explain. But I like this product a lot.

I was SUPER excited to try this product in hopes of assisting me with appetite control. First off I am a stickler when it comes to trying new, natural alternatives to weight loss. I have struggled with weight loss since I became a mother and have tried countless methods, keto.. dieting... lifestyle change, etc... and nothing has helped much in the long term. Anyhow, I was super excited to try this because I have tried PLENTI prescription pills in the past but had to stop them because they caused me to be super bloated and gassy which was overall miserable... ENOUGH about my history, the first dose I took I decided to take it at night .. the next morning I woke up feeling like I needed to have a bowel movement( sorry if too much TMI), thought this was expected due to it being a source of fiber... boy was I WRONG! I was sick with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and chills all day! I could not hold any food or liquids down! I thought I was going to have to go to the ER! I literally felt like I was about to meet Jesus lol.. WARNING from a real life bad experience!!! I will never ever buy supplements off AMAZON again!

They had worked… but I did not like them. The capsules are pretty big and they made me feel full but feel like I had a big air bubble in my stomach. I would not recommend.

This blend is great! I feel full and healthier now that I use it daily. I like to take it with a big meal, usually dinner.
