I’m a 35 pants size. Should i go Medium or large

Medium, I'm a 34 and have lots of adjustment left over.

How long is the inner belt?

I have size 40 waist I order the Large and it fits me fine and there still room to grow, But the belt is only 1.5 wide not 1.7 like other Tactical belts

Do you sell this belt with out the inner belt?
