It’s great for my back
I’ve Ben using them for about a year the only thing is that the covers wear out fairly quickly

Company won't refund
I ordered two of these pillows hoping they'd live up to the description. The pillows were too stiff to get good sleep on them and the arm hole was too shallow to allow cuddling without loss of circulation against the rigid base of the pillow. I requested and was granted a refund. Sent them both back in one box as they came in one box and was refunded for both. Then told I missed the deadline and needed to send 1 pillow back later. I put in a message about both being together in one box so delivery of one covers both but was ignored. Now I have been charged for the second pillow and don't have it either.

Awkward
Didn’t like the way it felt, smaller than expected. Just awkward.

Small but mighty
There has been a fight over this pillow ever since I opened the box. Looks like I’ll be buying more. Works great for side sleeping as well as extending your neck over it to stretch

It's alright.
It does what's it's intended for. Not the most comfortable pillow ever.

Not comfortable
The design didn't really meet my expectation. It was not comfortable material. I would not buy again.

Highly functional
My wife has a connective tissue disorder, EDS, and I got this for her neck and shoulder. She can pop it sideways under her head and get neck relief during the day. At night, she can duck your shoulder under it and her shoulder is still in socket in the morning. This is a useful accommodation.
