In fact, this is the first time I have ever seen it offered on Amazon. You certainly will not find it on the regular grocery store shelf. I make biscuits using only two ingredients - self-rising flour and organic heavy whipping cream (also organic, but easier to find). This certainly costs quite a bit more than grocery store flour, but to me it is worth it to find organic.
