I needed to replace a wooden bedframe with metal rails that I could attach to a headboard and footboard, and this along with the Kings Brand footboard extension worked great, was easy to put together (though the footboard extension didn't come with any nuts and bolts) and is a huge improvement. Seems like good quality steel for the money and I believe this to have been a good value.

better than most frames, not as heavy as the one i was trying to match but better that the one that brokevery easy to assemble is about 7 inches tall

Have had no issues w/ this bed frame. The directions to set it up weren't the easiest to understand, but it's really not that hard to put together anyways (fairly intuitive for those who can handle simple projects around the house). As for the legs getting bent when you move the bed... pretty simple solution is to take all the weight off the frame, move it, and then put the box spring & mattress back on. We've had no issues w/ bent frame legs.

I was able to put it together easily and it works fine. I use it for a queen size mattress and like that it fits most other sizes also. It is also to be used for hard floors, not on carpets, which I do and have not had a problem sliding it around for cleaning.UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR OF USE: I am adding to this review because I had to change it from a queen size to a full size and it was easy to reduce and I am really happy with the quality.

I wanted a very sturdy frame that would support the mattress and box spring safely even if my grandkids jump on the bed. This does the trick. The extra support in the middle is nice and strong. The glides are wide and work well on the wood floors.

This was super easy to put together and has been very solid. Only complaint is the legs in the middle don't fully reach the floor, so I had to pad them with some cardboard from the box. I don't think this had negatively affected it, but the middle legs should've had an adjustable setting. I sleep on it alone at 160lbs, but sometimes with company. It never makes those awkward squeak noises or bangs up against the wall.EDIT: 11/16/15The legs in the middle still don't touch the wooden floor after settling. The bed also has shown some wear and shakes a little/bangs up against the wall when moving around in bed. Probably wouldn't be a problem if I didn't share a wall with my roommate. He can hear it and is annoyed by it.

So simple to assemble anybody could do it good frame and serves the purpose right. It's just a typical frame to hold a box spring and mattress has the brackets to attach a headboard and I'm over all happy with my purchase.
