I have used these mica powders in wax melts, soap and bath products, as well as several other homemade items, and they have performed really well in all of them. The set includes a genuinely useful choice of colours rather than lots of shades that look almost identical. Each one I have tried has been bright and vibrant with a lovely shimmer, and the powder mixes in evenly without leaving obvious clumps or patches. You only need a small amount to produce a noticeable colour, so although the individual packets look quite small, they should last through plenty of projects. A great versatile set that I would happily purchase again.

Very nice colours, the copper one is particularly pleasing. Small quantity of a lot of colours, hopefully they sell a larger sized pack. I found they mixed well and gave a good colour depth.

I bought this for my little hobby of candle making. I usually use little 10ml bottles of dye, which can be quite messy, so I decided to try this powder. There is a great selection of colours in the pack. All sparkly! If you don't like glitter, maybe avoid them. If you do, you can't go wrong! It's easy to use, but can be fiddly. I've already had good feedback from my friend who received the first candle from this batch. The sparkles were very much appreciated. I would say to be mindful of the kind of wax you use, if you're using this product for candle making. I noticed the colour changed quite a bit because I used soy wax. So, bright purple became a kind of Lavender shade. Still nice, though, and the glitter makes a reappearance when the wax melts! It's good value for money and I would recommend giving it a try for your candlemaking / art projects.

I love these mica powders. They mix well, look great and you get a nice variety of colours to try. They are not the most pigmented micas, but I have certainly had far, far worse. I would say that the quality is good and the value is good.

Great item, bought to add something different to my children’s mud kitchen. They love it making their own “potions”, the variety of colours are amazing! Will definitely be purchasing again when we run out. Also full marks for not staining clothes!

Wear gloves otherwise it gets everywhere. Easy to use but packets are sometimes hard to open

I bought these to add to water for children’s water play and they’re great! Just a small scoop turns the water all mystical! A litter goes a long way!

Bought for art time with kids, does not stain
