My tatas were struggling during the first 2 weeks of breast feeding. Then I found this spray, and they came back to life (with the help of a natural balm I was also using). Very cooling. Helped with quick healing.

Its hydrating, but personally I felt lanolin helps better with sensitivity as far as putting boobs back into the bra and showering.Although, being a mom is straight up simply uncomfortable at all moments physically, especially when breastfeeding and pumping.It does help and I would rather use this than lanolin because obvious reasons. I can deal with a little more uncomfortableness for the sake of animal welfare. If you're more about hydration but fare well with sensitivity, this is for you.

Honestly I love this, i was told in the hospital that a salt water solution would heal my nipples up right away but it sounded too difficult , with this it’s so easy and really did heal me so fast especially if used with nipple butter

This is an amazing product. All mom Frida products are FIRE! This is so much easier than having to get a container mix water and salt and have to stand and soak. New moms don’t have time for that! This is the perfect solution.
