Best brace
I have not used anything but this brand in last 3 years. The velcro holds well. Good quality. Can slip it on without needing the light & my glasses, i.e. easy to adjust. I gave up the brand I bought at the local drug store chain.

You absolutely do need a brace if you want to stave off carpal tunnel issues early on. It's a comfy brace, easy to put on and take off, and sleep in. If you don't use one early enough, it's good also for easing pain and numbness from carpal tunnel issues. Yes, using it regularly will keep your wrists from being problematic earlier.

I bought something that looked very similar to this one at the drugstore, always for close to $30. It's better in every way than that, except a fancy box. (It came packaged in a plastic bag. without any manual.) I especially like the quality of the stitching and the Velcro part.

Je les portes la nuit pour un syndrome des tunnels carpiens et j’en ai acheté une tonnes en 10 ans et c’est vraiment les meilleurs. Pas trop chaude ni encombrante. Une rigidité juste parfaite à mon goût… Excellent rapport qualité prix!!
