We make ice cream at the restaurant and normally I use powdered milk as a stabilizer and water absorber (to reduce ice crystals). For the coconut ice cream, this is a great substitute. Good flavor, works as a stabilizer in the mix.

Very convenient
I like this product for times when I don't have canned coconut milk, but also for when I don't want to add more liquid to a recipe where I want coconut flavor. I find more uses for this than for canned coconut milk. I also like to add it to a recipe where I am using canned coconut milk, for more noticeable coconut flavor. A great item for Indian and Thai cooking; also for baking.

Garbage!!! Misleading . Not coconut cream powder . Ingredients not listed on Amazon, no picture of ingredients or listed . After purchase and receiving item you see the ingredients.BE AWARE of what you are buying ingredients contain dairy , maltodextrin ( 2 items I can not consume)

Smells good and tastes good
Kara brand coconut milk is usually my go to for cooking curry and laksa. However, I chose the powder to save some space for a camping trip. It is as delicious, easy to mix and made a tasty addition to my laksa.

Nice size to have around. It is great for traveling. U can mix as much or as little as u need without a can of milk taking up space (and going bad) in your fridge. I use it for making Thai and Indian dishes plus a bunch of desserts
