Review: Better than the hospital splint!!! Actually healing with this product - I'm Amazed by this product as the hospital gave me a splint which was very uncomfortable and so I found this product which you can adjust it actually gives a certain amount of Mobility back it allows for healing and like others say you can remove it if it comes uncomfortable. This is comfortable enough that I sleep with it On Loosely at night and it helps so much to the point where I can actually grab the clutch on my motorcycle but due to the radial nerve palsy I can't use the blinkers but that's a huge Improvement from not even being able to hold on to anything at all and being completely limp Just like others stated there was a small issue with the top brace but the seller is great and what you let them know they will send out a replacement free of charge otherwise I highly recommend this brace to anybody with radial nerve palsy it has been a huge help to my recovery I'm still recovering but I could see a large difference in this product that's $100 verse the hospital splint that they want $1,633.50 for... yes that is not a joke sadly. Five stars because of the product the quality and the customer service

**Q: Do you wear the brace 24/7 and do you take it off to shower?**
A: Thanks for your question! The brace can be worn during the day and at night until the radial nerve has healed and symptoms have improved. How long to wear will be based on the individual's discretion.
We recommend removing the brace for showers.

Excellent brace that was recommended by our Occupational Therapist for wrist drop.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as advertised but very uncomfortable

PROS: - If you have radial nerve palsy causing wrist drop, you absolutely cannot use your fingers. My full time job requires me to sit a computer and before this brace, I could not type or use a mouse. This brace does make that possible and I can actually use the mouse and keyboard enough to work. - The finger lift is genius and unlike a traditional brace, helps keep the whole hand straight - The finger lifts are made of an elastic cord so it can actually help do finger lift exercises to promote healing (since with RNP you cannot lift your fingers without assistance) CONS: - The wrapped metal brace that sits on top of the wrist is VERY uncomfortable. It curves inward and literally digs/pushes into the top of the wrist and actually hurts. I tried putting a piece of fabric to help cushion it, but doesn't really help - While the finger lifts are genius, your fingers hang on the cords in a way that eventually cause your fingers to fall asleep Overall, if you have RNP have wrist drop and are unable to lift your fingers- I would absolutely recommend you purchase this-ESPECIALLY if your job requires you to type/use a mouse. It really changed that for me- so that really does deliver as advertised. What isn't entirely true is the claim of comfort. You absolutely cannot wear this all day and night as the top of the brace actually starts hurting your wrist after a short time. My recommendation would be to only wear it when you need to work (or if you want to exercise your fingers) and for no more than 2 hours at a time-- take it off, give your hand a rest and stretch for a while, then put it back on.
