Hisense RS694N4ICF Freestanding American Side-by-Side Fridge Freezer - Total No Frost - Plumbed Water and Ice Dispenser - 562 liters - Stainless Steel - F Rated

We were shopping for an American fridge freezer for a while. We got this one with quite a big discount, paying just £650, and have zero regrets about it. I'll be honest, my main driving force was having ice on tap, whenever we wanted, and so we wanted a plumbed fridge freezer with that capability. I've heard the ice dispensers can have reliability issues but ours is still going strong after several months, we've not had any issues in that time. Otherwise, there's plenty of space, looks stylish, no sign of any ice build up, definitely helping to keep food fresh for longer....would absolutely buy again at the right price.

We bought a Hisense American fridge freezer which is working fine however It has quite a big 2 yr guarantee sticker on the front of the fridge This sticker is glued on so when we removed it it scratched and discoloured the front of the fridge where it had been We contacted Amazon to let them know about it to say we were not happy and they offered us a replacement or refund , we chose replacement as the fridge itself is great The customer service advisor online was very helpful and ordered us another fridge however we did say that they need to take the sticker off the front before delivering it or we would have same problem again Unfortunately once it arrived it had the same sticker glued in same place so we would have same issue We contacted Amazon again to see if they could part refund to help pay for repair and they said all they could do is replace or refund I asked again if they could pay to have it repaired or for us to have it repaired as we like the fridge and everything else was great They said no only refund or replacement They eventually said that they could only give us a £84 part refund which was an insult as we will have to pay double that to have the facia repaired Even though it is a lovely looking fridge and very spacious please be careful when ordering because of this sticker as it is not small and the damage it does is not good

Love it does the ice crushed and water Regulates the temperature No need to do anything other than once you take all the wrapping off from the inside you just switch it on and go…perfect Would recommend

Fridge is amazing. However I made a mistake of looking at the reviews and thinking this model was a non plumbed in version. It is not. So don’t get caught out like I did. However the fridge is fine. There should not be reviews in with a different model saying it’s a non plumbed in model when it is not. But I should have read the description properly. I’m sure once plumbed it in it will be all good. Just be careful and read the full description. No fault on the fridge. Just I was lazy and went off the review's.
