RopePro is an expandable rope protector that is used to help prevent premature wear of your climbing and rappelling ropes. The use of the provided wristband allows RopePro to be guided down the rope allowing RopePro to be set into place protecting your rope. RopePro is unlike any other rope protector on the market thanks to our unique features such as RopePro’s expandability over the section of the rope needing to be protected. RopePro is extremely versatile in not only protecting your rope but also to protect rocks and trees from being scared by your rope. RopePro also helps to keep your rope clean and out of dirt, potentially saving your rope from premature wear. RopePro is one of the safest rope protectors on the market because the user can let it expand over the rope setting itself in place as the user does their descent. RopePro allows the user to attach all of their rappelling gear onto the rope without being close to the edge. RopePro can also be used for home, auto, boat, or in any other situation where a rope needs to be protected or where you want to protect an object from the rope itself. Note: This rope protector is not intended for high friction uses such as top roping or long rope pulls where a lot of friction/heat will be present. For high friction or high heat situations we recommend our RopePro Inferno made with an aramid kevlar fabric, designed to be flame resistant and can handle just about any type of high friction situation out there.
