I was recommended to take this from my doctor. I do not take it every day but when I do I feel asleep within minutes. My mood improve and I relax. I like the fact that I do not need water or to chew. I have been using it for years. It is a great quality. Not cheap but worth it.

Works well, but not for budget conscience.
Like everything else you put in your body, it will take a little time. Do not expect results overnight. I finished one bottle and it has really brightened my mood and outlook about many things. It would have gotten 5 stars, but it is pricy. So, know this upfront.

Dr has told me to take these daily. the only drawback is from shipping. they tend to crumble around the edges making allot of powder in the bottom of the bottle.
