I recently purchased the Legendary Whitetails Men's Rugged Full Zip Dakota Jacket and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed! This jacket deserves a 5-star review for its exceptional quality, durability, and style. The first thing that caught my attention was the material. I have another two products by this company and they're great - a couple of flannel and hoody combos. Great sizing (2XLT for a 2.01 metre tall gent - perfect). This one, well, they sent the wrong size - a 3XL for what should have been another 2XLT, and yeah, there's a big difference between the two. What stood out as dealbreaker though was the outer material. In the pics it looks like heavy duty cotton and already wax sealed. That look though is because it's poly/cotton and when you're wearing it you don't even need to look close to that is the case ...and that makes it look cheap. Perfect in every other way - great pockets, seems to be high quality workmanship for the price paid, but even if they had sent the right size I would have sent it back. Just make it full heavy duty cotton and let the purchaser have the option of sealing it with some waterproofing wax. As it's poly cotton it'll likely repel a light mist of a rain but even that will eventually get through, but as it's poly cotton it won't be able to properly absorb any water proofing wax, so while it looks water repellent it ain't, and it never can be made that way, as it should be. It's a good and durable product but looks cheap.

I’m 6’8” tall and I have long arms even for my height and this jacket fits! Usually for me to have a chance of a jacket fitting I have to get it in “tall” and two sizes too big so the shoulders are to wide and hang down onto my arms some to help make the sleeves long enough. But with this jacket the shoulders are where they belong and the sleeves are still plenty long enough. It is also well fitting everywhere else, comfortable and well make. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who asked.
