A safe "salad" sprouted in your home!!!โค๏ธ
I love this mix it grows well and taste good! And the price is great! I bought a backup already and I think I might get one more!!! It is a very easy sprout and seems to work well with both my jars and my tray system. And all the seeds are well matched as far as the speed that they sprout the alfalfa the Superstar comes up faster but everybody else catches up pretty quickly. And I like it both ways rather let it get a little sun or just leave it more yellow. This is a great sprout I would say for a beginner it's an awesome awesome sprout. And if someone gets more seasoned I think you'll tend to rely on this makes it's a great mix!!!

Growth not good enough
I purchased these seeds hoping to grow Dandelions for my tortoise to eat. It been about 4 weeks and I see a very small growth. Seeds not worth the money. I donโt recommend purchasing.

Read this review.
I really wanted to love this indoor/outdoor grass-growing kit, but unfortunately, my experience with it was extremely disappointing. I purchased this specifically for my 4ยฝ-month-old kitten because I thought it would be a fun and healthy little project for her to have some grass of her own to nibble on. I liked the idea of being able to grow it myself and have a fresh supply available for her. I decided to plant the seeds outside, thinking they would have plenty of natural light and that growing them outdoors would give them the best possible chance. Unfortunately, hardly any of the seeds germinated or grew for me. I didnโt expect every single seed to grow into a perfect, full container of grass, but I absolutely expected a much better result than what I got. The amount that actually grew was so sparse that it wasnโt really worth the effort. Now, I do want to be fair because this has been an awful gardening year for me in general. My regular garden didnโt do well either, and my harvest was terrible this year. So initially, I wondered if the poor results were simply because of the growing conditions this season. I donโt want to blame a product for something that could potentially be caused by weather or other environmental factors. However, there is another important piece of information that I think is relevant when reviewing this product: I am a serious plant enthusiast and have more than 300 indoor plants. I have been growing plants for quite some time and am very comfortable caring for them. I know how to start plants from seed, I understand germination requirements, and I know how to care for seedlings once they emerge. In other words, I am not someone who randomly sprinkled seeds somewhere and forgot about them. I followed the general growing process and gave these seeds an honest opportunity. Unfortunately, the results were still extremely poor. That is what makes this purchase so frustrating. I purchased this kit because I wanted something simple and reliable for my kitten. I didnโt need a complicated gardening project. I just wanted to grow some grass that she could safely enjoy. Instead, I ended up with very little growth. The concept of this product is great. I actually really like the idea behind it. Having a little indoor/outdoor grass kit specifically for pets is something I think many cat owners would enjoy. Cats can be very interested in grass, and having the ability to grow fresh grass at home is convenient. If the seeds had germinated and produced a nice, healthy patch of grass, I would have been thrilled with this purchase. Unfortunately, the execution just wasnโt there for me. I also donโt want anyone reading this review to think Iโm saying that absolutely no one will be able to grow these seeds. Obviously, growing conditions vary, and some people may have a completely different experience. But Iโm reviewing my actual experience with the product, and my results were simply not good. I planted the seeds outdoors and waited, hoping they would eventually take off. Instead, only a very small amount grew. Considering the entire purpose of the kit is to provide grass, I found the poor germination rate to be a major problem. And yes, I realize that gardening isnโt always predictable. Seeds donโt always germinate, weather can affect growth, temperatures fluctuate, and sometimes plants simply donโt cooperate. As someone with more than 300 plants, I completely understand that. Thatโs actually why I tried to give this product the benefit of the doubt. But when I purchase a seed-growing kit, I expect the seeds themselves to have a reasonable chance of germinating when given appropriate conditions. Unfortunately, that wasnโt my experience here. My kitten is still young at 4ยฝ months old, and I was really looking forward to watching her discover and enjoy the grass. Instead, there simply wasnโt enough growth to make the kit useful for that purpose. For me, the biggest issue is the poor germination and extremely sparse growth. If I had gotten a thick, healthy patch of grass and my kitten just didnโt like it, that would be completely different. At least then I could say the product worked and my kitten simply wasnโt interested. Unfortunately, I never really got to that point because there wasnโt enough grass to begin with. I also think the product could be improved by providing clearer information about seed quality, germination expectations, and ideal growing conditions. If there are very specific temperature, moisture, soil, or light requirements, those need to be clearly explained so customers have the best possible chance of success. Again, I want to emphasize that I am not new to growing plants. I have a large indoor plant collection of 300+ plants, and growing from seed is not something Iโm unfamiliar with. I know that plants require patience and proper care, and Iโm more than willing to put in the effort when Iโm growing something. Thatโs why I was particularly disappointed with this kit. Maybe I simply received a bad batch of seeds. Maybe the growing conditions this year played a role. Maybe others will have better luck. I canโt say for certain what caused the poor germination in my case. What I can say is that I purchased the kit, planted the seeds outdoors, cared for them, and hardly anything grew. For a product whose entire purpose is to grow grass, thatโs a pretty significant problem. I really wish I could give this a better review because I genuinely wanted this to work. I thought it would be an inexpensive and enjoyable way to grow something specifically for my kitten. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I canโt recommend it. 1 star from me. The idea is good, but the results were nowhere near what I expected. With better-quality seeds and a much more reliable germination rate, this could be a really useful product for cat owners. Unfortunately, I didnโt get that experience.

Easy and economical to grow
When I first started buying wheatgrass for my pet 10 years agoโweekly at $3/potโI remember calling the grower who was local and asking how much it was to buy seeds. He told me it was more economical to buy from the store and I didnโt question it. Iโve since moved and the one store near me that carried it closed last month. Turns out that first guy fibbed and itโs waaaaay more economical to grow your own, not to mention quick and easy. I followed the directions on the package and had sprouted seeds in less than 48 hours. I then moved the pot under a grow light and had 3โ tall grass within 3 days. At $10 for this bag of seeds, Iโm going to get a lot more than 3.334 pots (I just reuse the 3โx3โ pots from the ones I bought at the store). Lesson learned. My bag arrived on Aug 18. Itโs Aug 26 as Iโm writing this review and I already have a plant for my pet. These are good, quality seeds.

Germinates as well, would recommend
I only planted two types of basil, spearmint , green onions, red chilli, and cilantro. However, cilantro did not sprout. I recently started germinating the rosemary seeds this was white summer sewing. Iโm waiting for fault to arrive so I can germinate more fall produces.

They grow! Questionable decisions and zero experience!
Mammoth sunflower I would consider myself a โpre-K levelโ gardener. I know plants need sun, soil, and water, and thatโs about where my gardening knowledge ends. Last year, none of the sunflower seeds I planted outdoors germinated. In hindsight, birds and squirrels probably ate them. This year I saw someone online germinate sunflower seeds in wet paper towels inside a plastic bag and thought, โSurely I can do that.โ So I started these Mammoth sunflower seeds indoors in March. Then I realized it was still too cold to plant them outside. A quick Google search told me sunflowers donโt like their roots disturbed, so I moved them into peat pots. Because I was convinced most of them would die, I planted 2โ3 seedlings per pot. Somehow, they all survived. By the time I planted them outside at the end of April, I still had no real plan. I watered them, left them alone, and let nature do its thing. Two eventually diedโnot because of the seeds, but because I accidentally tied them to a support with metal wire and the growing stems cut themselves against it. (Again: pre-K gardener.) The rest absolutely took off. The tallest are now over 6 feet tall, and for reference, my SUV is about 75 inches tall. If youโre wondering whether Mammoth sunflowers actually grow as advertised, I can personally confirm they do. If someone with virtually no gardening experience can get these seeds to thrive after a series of questionable decisions, Iโd say theyโre pretty forgiving and beginner-friendly.

Great seeds, grows fast, cats love it.
Grows well. My cats love it. Try not to overwater. I made that mistake and i molded my soil. Now i just water when I touch the soil and its dry to about a half inch. Ive manage to keep it alive for over a month already. Im learning :) these seeds are fantastic. I would definitely repurchase.

Not much success so far
Sowed the seeds in the middle of June so maybe they'll show up next year. The only thing that has sprung up 2 months later are about a dozen 8" high small white flowers. We've successfully planted many wildflowers over the years so we're hoping the late sowing is the answer. I'll update this in October.
