A: Most of the common types you can attached, but not sure about thick industrial ones.

**Q: Can it be used for Wall putty sanding on new construction?**
A: Yes, but do use the sandpaper with the holes and if possible a vacuum at the end

A: I purchased from Amazon only

**Q: can this be used to remove old emulsion paint on walls, before making primer**
A: I haven't tried, but you should be able to. However you need to use appropriate sanding papers.

Just loved it.... It gives a fantastic finish, and the best part is you don't have to search for the round sanding paper...Buy a roll to specs, cut it and just clip it on... Iam using it for my DIY projects... It gives an amazing finish to teak wood... Reviewing it after three weeks of usage. Always wear gloves.
