BlundstoneBL1901 Dress Ankle Chelsea Boot

I really like this boot - I think they look sharp, are very comfortable, and so far are wearing well. I have conditioned and cleaned my boots and they have taken on a nice sheen.I put a couple miles a day on these in the winter and so far the rubber soles are holding up well, but I do wish you could resole them, or at least replace the heels. They are glued, not welted, so unless you are interested in a serious arts and crafts project this is not a buy it for life product.If you are coming from another set of blunnies, beware - these run much narrower and longer than traditional sizing. Expect to have to play around with the sizing to get the right fit for you.If you are a shoe snob, be aware that the leather appears to be mid-grade at best, and develops creasing fairly quickly. Quality also varied wildly between the different sizes I ordered, with some pairs having a clearly looser grain.

Edit: developed a squeak in the left book which will not go away regardless of what I do with the insole. Pretty annoying and loud.This is a great boot. I've gotten compliments on the appearance, and it really fits great in terms of sizing. One thing though, there's basically no cushioning between the front of your ankle and the boot's lip/opening. This isn't normally a problem, but today when I put it on it hurt my ankle a bunch at the exact spot where the lip hits it. I have been wearing these daily for the last 2 weeks to work and such, but didn't expect pain on my ankle.My other ankle is fine, so not sure why its just that one!But either way, keep in mind that the opening is less cushioned. Depends on how it fits you I guess.

This is the only size US12 shoe that I own. I wear US13 in all other boots, sneakers and dress shoes. Actually sometimes US13 is tight due to width on dress shoes. I ordered a US13 in these and it was far too wide and long for my foot. I returned (no hassle) and ordered a US12. It fit perfectly. I replaced the insoles with orthopedic ones and still have a decent fit with the smaller size. The arch support is very low with the factory insoles.The boot seems very high quality and stays secure yet allows me to slip them on and off without my hands. I found the traction decent for the lack of lugs in the snow and ice.

So far these have been great, they are cut a little lower which is nice to mix it up some. Very comfy and look good with lots of different outfits.

Very large fit! I am a U.S. size 11 in sneakers ( vans, nikes). I have a pair of the men’s classics style 1469. I went with an Australian 10, which is a U.S. 11. They fit wonderfully. These city dress boots are beautiful and everything you expect from a pair of blunnies, but they’re way big. I ordered usual sz 10 Australian/U.S. 11 and they were a full size too big. Very long in the toes. I can tell they’re wonderful boots so i still have them 5 stars. I have returned them and am going to try a full size smaller and order Aus sz 9 and hope that works.

I am a skinny guy with skinny legs, it was hard for me to find a chelsea boot that looked good with tapered jeans. i like how the boots fits nice around the ankle. other chelsea boots i have tried are loose around my ankle and would give for a "sloppy" look(maybe made for boot cut jeans) i personally dont like the boot cut look. These boots are classy but not over the top. i have received many compliments. I have only owned them for about a month. i can follow up after 90 days of ownership and update review

Ordered a size smaller as I read some reviews that mentioned that.

Prodotto giunto nei tempi concordati cn abbonamento Prime! Premetto che sn al secondo paio di Blundstone! Lo stivaletto merita molto e calza bene (40 = 6.5) MA mi sn accorto subito di un difetto ben visibile a occhio nudo, di cui allego le foto. Si presenta cm un graffio o un piccolo foro e onestamente nn capisco se trattasi di fallatura di fabbrica o procurato accidentalmente!? La cosa strana è che sembra si sia tentato di coprire questa specie di imperfezione del cuoio ma risalta ancor più questo tentativo di coprirlo utilizzando quella che sembra una gomma da cancellare!? Allego le foto da dove si vede questa striscia molto evidente, essendo il resto della scarpa di colore nero semilucido compatto. Ora, viato il prezzo elevato speso per questo articolo desirerei quanto meno che fosse perfetta! Contatterò il fornitore per sapere se sia disponibile lo stesso numero per un cambio.

Piace molto la fattura e la cura dei dettagli, ma ho trovato la pelle molto rigida e poco confortevole. Una cucitura all’altezza del tallone è risultata per me particolarmente fastidiosa, ma non è detto che lo sia per tutti. In sintesi consiglio il prodotto per la qualità generale, ma suggerisco di provarli e muovere qualche passo per valutarne la comodità individuale.

Sia sportive che eleganti ,calzata perfetta , le preferisco allo stesso modello con la punta squadrata

Che dire, una scarpa che costa sui 200/250 € presa a 100 € ultima di quel numero.Già possiedo un altro paio di Blundstone e conosco la comodità e morbidezza di questa scarpa, quindi non mi sono fatto scappare questa occasione.Venditore preciso e puntuale. ++++++++
