Just amazing
Purchased this for my husband’s Christmas present he was over the moon with it he is a huge fan of Ryobi tools of which he has several

Very lightweight
Almost too lightweight, maybe when matched with a battery it will feel more secure.Any tool with a flexible shaft has a built in weakness, yet to see how long this present lasts.

Not up to Ryobi's usual standard
I was looking forward to adding this to my Ryobi collection but it fell at the first hurdle, if you put it under any kind of heavy load it stalls and cuts out so is virtually useless, if you want a Dremel replacement this aint it, the Dremel is far more powerful

No spare collets available
First one had to be returned as the 'cable' wasn't fitted to the battery holder properly. Second one wont let go of an accessory when fitted. Put in the 'bit' tighten it up the collet and then when I wanted to remove the bit I had to take the whole collet completely out of the tool and use pliers to pull out the 'bit. I got the same problem with every accessory I tried in the machine, Don't know if it's a faulty collet but it's impossible to try another one as you can't get hold of spare collets to fit this machine. Even Ryobi's own website doesn't sell them as spares! (Dremel collets don't fit - I tried - they have a narrower shank).I'm normally quite happy with one+ tools but not impressed with this.

Stalls often while using it
Stalls frequently when in use, have tried 5 amp batteries with the same result. Also it gets very hot if using for longer than about 10 seconds.
