I have hardwood floors with an oriental rug above. Need chair Matt that won't penetrate the oriental into the hardwood floors? Please advise

Will this hold 700lbs and not dent where the wheels are? I have a heavy piece of rolling furniture and want it to move freely and not dent the mat.
