Q: Description says for 8x10 photo, set of 4, but comments say otherwise. What photos does it fit & how many are included?

For the Color: 04pcs 8x10, they are used to display 8x10 photos with whitemat, and one frame for one photo.

Q: Can you use command strips to hang these frames?

I would think you can, you'd have to use the larger heavy duty command strips and not the small ones. I used the push-pins that came with the frames and now wished I had not.

Q: My photo is 8in × 10in. Will my photo fit inside this 8in × 10in frame or do I need a bigger size?

The photo will fit but with no mat. To get an 8x10 fit with a mat you'd need an 11x14. The frame comes with a simple white mat.

Q: Do these come with glass or acrylic panes?

I ordered the 5x7 and they are glass
