i dont do dairy i never worried beforebut in my old years my bones are feelingthe strainhopefully these will do me some goodno adverse affects and good value but i need to crack them in 2 to swallowthumbs up

Great value if you buy in bulk. They come in a little zip bag like a freezer bag, which won't suit you if you like a pot. I decant mine from whatever I buy them in and put them into a little 2 week pot I have. This means that the zip bag is fine for me and the reduced cost is great. I'll keep buying them from here going forward as I can't see me getting them cheaper elsewhere.

Like that the pack reseals and easy to get at..size of tablet is ok.just hard to chew as like eating a mouth full of chalk,coild have been flavoured to make them easy to eat.

The positives are - the price and high calcium and vitamin D contentUnfortunately, the big negative is that as soon the tablet is put in your mouth it starts to immediately dissolve. You quickly then have a dense calcium paste on your tongue which can be difficult to swallow.Just make sure you have a big glass of water at hand to swig.
