This product was easy to set up. The instructions were very clear in the Quickstart guide that came with the product. The app worked well and there is an option to get support if you need extra help.

I cannot issue anyone a strong enough caution… Stay far away from these things. I am pretty savvy with things like this and I have never had an issue with the faucet timer or smart device before. Not only are these timers a nightmare, but the app is impossible. I’ve had them for over a month and I am putting them back in the box and returning them. The app constantly freezes and doesn’t work correctly. It is the opposite of user-friendly, it is impossible to figure out all the different ways it uses the word zones. I just needed a simple timer for two zones to go off for a small drip system. In over a month, I have yet to get them to function properly a single time. The only time my plants get watered is when I tell them to manually go off. The timer function either does not work or just randomly works some days and I have no idea why.Add almost all times, the timers are disconnected from my phone no matter what. They have brand new batteries, and are in very close range to my phone and the hub.What gives?NIGHTMARE PRODUCT that is 100% not worth the headacheI have tried uninstalling everything I completely resetting the devices twice to no avail. I watched all the YouTube videos, And one thing that is consistent every time I have reset up the timers, The app freezes in the middle and I’m forced to quit the app and start over. It’s probably has something to do with why the zones are never correct and why the connection is virtually nonexistent.

Our purchase was caused by local kids not watering as instructed while we were on vacation. The obvious result was returning to a dried garden and plants.The set up was reasonably easy and, once done, allows watering as needed and/or the “smart watering” option. It would be nice if a program for watering a garden was provided but…maybe next year.

Hard to use, hard to program, losses connection. When it works it is very nice to not have to worry about watering, but it sure would be nice to get an alert if for any reason a scheduled watering didn't happen (even if it was for rain delay). Also the hub is a complete nightmare to navigate. I have to log out of one location in order to log in to the other. Seems like for the price they could make it easier.

I installed these for 2 different irrigation systems setting them up initially was a little clunky it took 15 minutes because one of them would not connect for some reason and I just kept trying over and over till it worked. I set all the timers and walked away. 3 days later I checked on them and they had disconnected at midnight the day I installed them so I deleted them and reinstalled them and ever since (3 weeks now) they have bee. Working like a charm!The app is not user friendly you can’t see both devices on one page you have to go to settings devices select the device then select control this device. You can’t just click and go. That being said it’s not like you use the app all that often the whole point is to set it and forget it.

I strongly advise against investing in the Orbit B-Hyve watering system. At first, the hose timers appeared to work seamlessly, but their performance deteriorated over time. Even though the app showed that the system had watered my plants, it had not actually done so. I traced the issue back to a necessary firmware update, which did resolve the problem temporarily.However, the system's reliability fell apart when I was away on vacation. Upon my return, I discovered that my elevated planter was bone-dry, while my front garden was flooded due to the soaker hose running non-stop. The end result was a dying garden and an impending hefty water bill.It's worth noting that I work in IT and have ensured robust WiFi coverage throughout my property. The Orbit WiFi hubs are even located just on the other side of the wall from the timers. Moreover, I had disabled the smart watering features to prevent the system from skipping watering cycles due to predicted rainfall. Despite all these precautions, the system still failed me. Therefore, I can't endorse this product.

Easy to program and works like a charm. Twice we have had rain on days it was scheduled to run and it automatically canceled watering those days. So much cheaper than installing underground sprinklers. Have a unit for our front yard and backyard.

Great product and well built. Only down side is the app is not the easiest to use and they could have added a physical on/off switch on the unit rather than have everything operation wise on the app.

I have several old clock timers that I use to water gardens and shrubs. I purchased these smart timers to replace them. This will allow me to water, set the timers from my living room or across town.I highly recommend these timers.

OK so I have several of these Orbits and they are great.Normally they are a little fiddly to set up, you have to realise they are multiple single zone devices not one device with multiple zones... so once you get this they are fine.HOWEVER, this pack is a pain... nowhere does it say they will ship from america and they have GHT on the output and NPT on the input. So you have some botch of a mix of adaptors to order and so the cost savings of the pack quickly disappear.I should have sent it back but by the time I got to finding all this out, which was a month after I had it delivered it was too late.Would I recomend Orbit Bhyve - yes. and I have several of these already and would buy more.Would I say buy this pack - NO its not suitable for UK pipes unless you are use to working with US plumbing.@amazon - please can you change the wording to say what threads this item has.

Unreliable. With a future firmware upgrade may be a useful product.

I tested the system out last summer during an extended vacation and this summer have expanded the system to 12 valves running off 4 hubs with plans to add more as I expand my gardens.The app takes a little effort, not the best design, but once you get the hang of it it’s doable. Once you’re set up the system pulls local weather information for your area and adjusts your watering schedule accordingly. You can make manual adjustments from the app rather than a control panel, so you don’t need to be onsite or require an Enigma code breaker to tweak your system.

C’est très bien pour arroser programme très facile peut faire partir manuellement ou programmer fonctionne avec wifi même si je ne suis pas à la maison je le recommande
