How to check the signal of the imoo watch for kids?

Insert SIM card in the imoo watch → Check if the SIM card deck is loose → Restart the watch and unlock the screen → Turn off WiFi → On the page which displays the time → Swipe down from the top → Check the signal status. If not, please reach us.

Why does the imoo watch for kids work normally when connected to Wi-Fi but not when using cellular data?

It suggests that the SIM card is not fully compatible. Try configuring the APN settings for the SIM card's operator. If the issue persists, contact our after-sales support team for assistance.

Which operator's SIM card should I choose? Is an MVNO SIM card compatible with the imoo watch?

We recommend SIMs from major operators (O2, Vodafone, LEBARA, Three). EE may not work perfectly with the imoo watch. For MVNO SIMs, manually adding APN settings might be needed.

How to track my kids to make sure they're safe/locate them when the imoo gps watch for kids does not link to network?

When the imoo watch has a stable network connection, it sends location data to the app. The app then uses Google Maps to determine the exact location, which is displayed on the "Locate" page, allowing parents to track their child's whereabouts.

How to set the imoo Z1 to reject strange calls? / Why can't my child answer calls from contacts saved in the watch?

To block unknown calls: Open the imoo app → More → Enable Reject Unknown Calls. If the watch can't receive calls from saved contacts, remove 0 or spaces between the area code and phone number in "Watch’s Contacts." For help, feel free to reach us.
