Shirt is ok a little on the thin side

Way too short. Was 3 in shorter than sizing chart reported.
I was so looking forward to getting this sweatshirt. I read the reviews of it running small so I took their measurements into account. I measured everything out so I could order the appropriate size. However, when the sweatshirt arrived it was 3 in shorter than it was supposed to be. Instead of reaching your belly button it only reached halfway down my rib cage and I'm not a large person. I'm actually a thin small chested person. I did return the product and the company was very good with the refund. I was just disappointed because it's such a cute sweatshirt. Incidentally, it is not a thick heavy duty sweatshirt, but I don't like those anyway so that was good with me. It just was not cut in the measurements that were reported on the website.
