Foot Ice Pack Slippers for Plantar Fasciitis 1 Pair, Long Cooling

Useful for aching/hot feet. Nice cooling effect in this hot weather, Do NOT use for walking around in as stated, but good for chilling on the sofa. Good item, I have used these alot. They seem pretty sturdy and freeze quite quickly. They do melt quite quickly though if your feet are hot but they help with sore, aching feet and cool you down nicely. I have really small feet so they are quite a loose fit but all good. Good useful item. I would buy these again.

Bought for my husband who’s had surgery on his foot, true to size very thick and of decent quality keep nice and cool and are comfortable to wear. Easy enough to use just pop in the fridge or freezer and cool then pop on feet for a refreshing relaxing few hours with your feet up. Takes any swelling down and relaxes the feet.

Oh. My. Word!!! I bought these as I have a foot injury and no ice pack covered top and bottom of my foot without difficulty and contortions on my part. ** TAKE NOTE** Read the instructions. DO NOT stand up in these as they will (very likely) burst. They are to be used ONLY when sitting.** These come 2 in a pack (both can be worn on either foot), in a protective box. They are even supplied with their own hygiene bag for when they go in the freezer! How cool is that (pun intended!). I take a UK size 4 shoe and these are plenty wide, deep and long enough. I can stretch my toes wide and not touch the sides. First time of use (1.5 hours in the freezer as recommended), they cooled down fairly quickly, but it was the hottest day of the year! Put back in the freezer overnight and the next morning they stayed VERY cold for ages, so for first use, i would suggest longer than 1.5 hours. The slipper has a soft, squishy, very comfortable inner sole (the gel) and a soft upper. For anyone with a foot injury that requires both upper and sole iced, you can't go wrong with these! If only they made trainers like this!!!!

A good start as cool enough on their own Put them in the freezer for a couple of hours as suggested and when trying them on again, it’s far too cold and hurts your feet Although in the long run I can see benefits it’s too early to say

These are brilliant. I have plantar fasciitis and gout and these settled everything down in a couple of days.

Bought these as I had a broken toe that was very painful and swollen and there’s really helped. It was during the very hot weather we have been having and the were also great for cooling the feet

In the hot weather my feet get uncomfortably hot at night. Initially these are great but they warm up within 20/30 mins or and the cooling effect runs out. Prob just as well to freeze a damp pair of ankle socks and save yourself some £s.

What a game changer these are, absolutely brilliant and they do work. After a long day when your feet are killing you, they are throbbing and you can’t stand to be in your feet anymore get these out of the fridge/freezer, put them in your feet, sit back put your feet up and relax. These have been a godsend to me I would not be without them now.

It becomes very wet and feels like your feet soaked in water 💦

Sufro de fascitis plantar y a veces siento un quemazón muy desagradable, sobretodo en épocas de calor. Estas zapatillas me ayudan mucho, alivian o eliminan esa sensación de quemazón. El frío dura bastante tiempo, la capa de producto que se congela es ancha, son unas zapatillas pesadas. Tienen frío por la parte inferior y superior. Hay que usarlas con calcetines, el frío es intenso y puede ocasionar alguna lesión. Una vez están totalmente congeladas el producto/gel se congela por completo y las zapatillas quedan rígidas. Si sientes quemazón son una estupenda opción, aunque a mi personalmente el frío por la zona superior no me ayuda/agrada porque mi quemazón es estrictamente en la planta del pie
