Getting used to.
I’ve always grit my teeth really and in my sleep. After a few tries I finally got it together. For some reason I keep taking it out tho. Lol just has some getting used to. But it does work!

I rate it fine for night teeth grinding. Gave lessor stars for other purposes because I don’t use for that purpose.

Not what I was looking for.
The cover did not confirm to the shape of my teeth as described in the description. It’s great for whitening teeth!

Must use boiling water and a little hard to do
I tried multiple times and it would make a mold of my teeth but not suction to the roof and I did everything the directions said and help my fingers pushing against it also. No good if it doesn’t have good suctionedit: I was going by the directions for the temp of the water but after trying boiling the water it worked much better. Still difficult to do as the back would Bend in and not make a good mold for my back teeth but I finally got it after multiple try’s.

Painful edges and too small
The only positive quality about these guards is that they're easy to mold.However, there is no way to cut the tab off or trim without leaving a sharp edge. I finally gave up and got a lighter out to smooth it as best as I could. These also don't reach all the way to my back molars.

They're good, more for your money and work like a charm.
They're great, I got more for the money than any of the others. They're smaller, but the larger ones were hard to keep in my mouth without gagging...They fit tight to the teeth, which is better for me and don't slip, but you have to get a good fit and it takes you some time and a few of them to git er done..It took me 7 of them to figure it out, so I really just got 3. I'm going to by them for now on since they are just fantastic!
