These balloons are super cute but when you fill them up with helium they don't float. I was doing an under the sea theme and it looked like my fish died because they didn't float waste of money and helium.

These are super cute and not bad quality for price. Unfortunately, the foil is too heavy for consumer helium tanks, once they are filled, so they don’t float on their own. Thankfully our 4yr old’s birthday party was saved by fast thinking and creativity. So be aware that you will need to have a commercial company fill these with helium… if you intend to have them float like normal helium balloons.
