The Birchhearts by Pavilion Snowman with Moose Figurine, 5-1/4-Inch

I ordered this as a Christmas gift. When I received it the moose's antler was broken off and found in the box.The snowman was missing his arm. It was packaged very well. A box within a box. I am not sure if it was packaged already broken. I would have ordered another one but was afraid of the same problem. It was super cute though.

The media could not be loaded. I have probably 50 of these Birch Heart Snowmen! I Love and collect the figurines and the tree ornaments, and also the glass candle holders! I received this piece that is adorable, from the company yesterday, however in pieces unfortunately! All my pieces that I own, have came in their Birch heart boxes, always with styrofoam inserts inside to protect them. This one came loose in a box, double boxed yes, wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap. No printed attractive box, and no inserts. These items like this definitely need the styrofoam inserts to protect them during shipping. Otherwise this is what happens. And I do love this particular piece. I’m just very very disappointed. This is a gift for my cousin, who I started a collection for several years ago, because she loved mine! I would love this piece just fully intact!
