I’m not normally one to write a review… however I think when you’re spending out good money it’s helpful to know what you’re going to get. DO NOT buy from this seller and I’ll explain why! Unfortunately from the moment I took the polystyrene off the top, I noticed marks and thought at first they might’ve just been my sweaty fingerprints showing up on the black. Boy was I wrong, upon shining my phone light on the unit I realised they were quite bad scratches/scrapes that someone during assembly thought would be more than okay to try and colour in with black marker pen 😂😭 I actually couldn’t believe they thought yeah sure that’ll work and still sent it 😂 At this point I decided to take pictures as I went on unpacking. Many screws were half out, which ordinarily isn’t a problem as I’d happily screw them back in but these had no drip so the wood or MDF whatever this is made out of, is clearly damaged so that the screws have no grip. A lot of the corners or holes around the screws were chipped and damaged. I’ll be honest, if it would be in a place I couldn’t see I wouldn’t actually mind but the front of the unit where the closure would go was all scraped too. I thought I’d carry on just to see how the inside looked still debating keeping it to save the return hassle (the unit is quite heavy). Well, when I saw the broken bits inside that was enough to solidify my choice to return it.

The screws didn’t fit in the holes they kept falling out, the wood was splitting and the brackets they send you came straight out the wall taking it with it. Not well made but when I added the necessary to make it safe it’s quite clever!

Awful product, badly damaged, as seen from others reviews. I hoped it was random from other sellers reviews but no same happened to us and when seller was contacted they asked if I could clean it myself and offered £8 discount and I could keep it. Absolute joke. Save your money, time and stress levels. Even looks like they have taken a sharpie pen to it to try and hide damage but sold it anyway. Now selling this item for £20 more that what we paid. The cheek!! AVOID.
