All the hardware was included, nothing missing. I needed a doorknob because I have sliding bolts and a deadbolt, but I don't like the door bouncing if I didn't want to lock it, hence the doorknob.

This is a great entry doorknob for your doors to the street. For a guy like me it was tricky as hell to get to work. I installed it I bet five times and the doorknob would not turn! The directions do not tell you that the long protruding strip that goes into the interior side has to be turned once to make the whole thing work!! I watched a You Tube video of a doorknob replacement guy and that's how I found out what to do and BAM! Installed and working! Well built and attractive knob but the instructions left that part out. I ordered another for my back door.

This lock is really good, it feels strong and well-made. It’s easy to install and works smoothly when opening and closing the door. It makes me feel safe and secure, and it also has a simple but nice design. Definitely worth it.🤩

Worth the money,fairly easy to install. To lock the door though , the lock is the reverse way that is its horizontal not vertical like most locks are. Have to get use to that, pretty sturdy. I would buy it again. All the parts arrived smooth install

This locking doorknob was well worth the price. I had it installed and working in about 20 minutes after it was delivered. The only problem I had was that the latch assembly was slightly too large to fit into the existing hole. Using a small, rounded file opened the hole enough to allow the latch to fit. After that, I tightened the two screws that connect the inside knob to the outer portion of the knob. The strike plate fit perfectly into the slot from the old one. Don't freak out if your doorknob seems to be missing the two long screws that hold the two halves together. They are screwed in flush into their respective mounting holes and have to be removed. I really liked the idea that three keys were included in the box. If you're in need of a keyed doorknob such as this, you can't go wrong with this. It looks and feels sturdy and for the price, it's a real winner.

Door knob lasted less than 60 days. I had initial concerns because the product appeared to be a return when I opened the box, and I should have returned. Now we are past the return window with a product that doesn't lock. Update: They reached out and offered a refund.

The latch broke after 6 months and the black paint started peeling off after 3 or 4 months. Don't waste your money on cheap junk like this door knob

Spend a couple bucks more and get something more study. Yeah it works but I honestly feel I could twist the knob off easy if I wanted to "break in" I live in a neighborhood full of evil vampires and I feel this knob would fail in an emergency.

Purchased two of these - one for front door and one for the back door. Not a heavy door handle, but definitely not flimsy. Happy with quality and no adjustment needed for fitting to replace another faulty handle. Happy with quality and price.

How come three lockers shared the keys , means all the keys are same and can open all three lockers ? then it is not safe .
