My cat is diabetic, and this syringe size was recommended by my vet. I've been ordering this specific syringe for around two years and have never had an issue with these needles. I'm blessed that my little Milo is a gentle boy and doesn't get spooked easily, but the needles never seem to hurt him when I do his twice a day 'pokes'. These have never broken, or gotten clogged, or anything strange. I've also never found a defective one in all the boxes I've ordered, and I ordered these probably every three months or so. I will continue to order this brand from this manufacturer for as long as they continue to sell them. Keep in mind, sometimes the syringes look a little different from one box to the next, but they have never had any issues regardless.

Fast, safe shipping. I would say that the cats love them, but they ARE syringes, so ... As a cat owner, I think they're great. The cats need insulin, and these are perfect for the task. Overall, I give both the product and the vendor two thumbs up. 👍👍

We have a “mini” Goldendoodle who somehow turned out XL. He’s diabetic, has cataracts that glow like little moons, and is basically a giant sweet old teddy bear. We adore him, but managing diabetes for a large dog is definitely not cheap, so we’re always trying to save money where we can. A couple years ago, my husband decided to save a few bucks by ordering insulin syringes on Amazon instead of getting them through the vet. Same size listed, same specs… or so we thought. Turns out syringe measurements can vary depending on the brand, which honestly feels insane considering they’re literally used for dosing insulin. We eventually noticed Murphy’s water intake and thirst skyrocketing, which for diabetic dog owners is an immediate red flag. Long story short, he was being under-dosed because the syringes were not actually equivalent. Cue the panic, guilt, emergency vet visit, and me permanently losing trust in “discount syringes.” Fast forward to this order. My husband once again announces he found syringes on Amazon for a fraction of the vet cost. I immediately said absolutely not. He insisted he did the research this time and promised these were identical. Against my better judgment… he was right. We compared them side-by-side with the vet syringes and they are a perfect match. Murphy’s numbers have stayed stable, dosing is accurate, and we’re saving about 2/3 of what we were paying at the vet. So if you’re a nervous pet parent reading reviews at 1am trying not to accidentally poison your beloved moon-eyed diabetic doodle… these passed the test in our house.

I've been using these since September 2024 when my 13 lb. Chihuahua mix was diagnosed with diabetes. At first, I was hoping I could use one that didn't have a long needle. I learned that this is what my vet recommended to ensure the insulin goes under the skin well. This brand is the same as the one my vet sells, just half the price. Some of the printing on the syringes looks incomplete at times, but not enough to be an issue. I keep several bags in a small plastic container with alcohol wipes to corral Skylar's supplies. I got the one in the photo at the dollar store. The ends secure.
