Great taste
Its a bit sweet and mothers with gestational diabetes cannot consume. Otherwise the taste and flavour is good. Easy to consume with milk. Mixes easily in water as well as milk. Happy with the quality.

Don't buy - Taste bad and less quantity
Reasons not to buy - Jar is half filled half empty, so quantity issue. The company is claiming to give 500gm but it's around 250gm. Taste strong and contains preservatives, there are other brands like anantayu shatavari with cocoa which is excellent product. Go for other brands, not at all recommended
