Good as a coffee substitute, and makes great popsicles
I've always liked Celestial Seasonings Roastaroma tea. It's got a roasty, coffee-like flavor, and if you nail the amount of water and sweetener, it's very good hot or cold. I find if I make it too strong, the cinnamon can overpower everything else a bit, but add just a little milk and that helps. The magic is if you don't make it too strong, the cinnamon - to me - is more balanced with the other ingredients. And I recently discovered that this tea makes great homemade popsicles that taste a little more... adult. I make them strong and sweet, and sometimes I add a little milk. Yum!

It scratches the itch for coffee
First of all, usually with Celestial Seasonings teabags, they are not really very reusable. However, this particular flavor is definitely reusable for a few cups of "coffee."Second of all, this definitely scratches that "itch" for coffee you might be having but don't want either decaf or regular coffee. It's very pleasant. Add some milk into it as well if you like.

Perfect coffee substitute
If you like a taste coffee, this is a great caffeine free option. Or have it after a cup of coffee so you don’t overdo caffeine.

Pretty close to coffee!
If you like decaf coffee at night, you should try this. Has a bit of a chicory flavor, but I think that's good. I typically drink it and my coffees black. Enjoy. This is a classic. Thanks Celestial Savings!

Less cinnamon
A little too much cinnamon.

Not coffee, but a tasty alternative
I gave up coffee several years ago due to acid reflux and caffeine sensitivity. I've tried a lot of coffee alternatives and Inka was my favorite, until I tried this. A coffee snob will probably tell you Roastaroma is disgusting and nothing like coffee, but if you're like me and haven't had the real thing in awhile (and when you do taste it, you sort of forget why you liked it so much), this may just hit the spot. Personally I think it's very tasty with some creamer, and unlike coffee, it's not bitter and there's no cloying aftertaste or burning stomach!

Ok, it's really not coffee, but it scratches the same itch
Very dark brew for a tea. I get strong cinnamon and chicory flavors, nothing smokey. Slightly bitter, but nothing compared to black coffee and, thankfully, zero acidity. If you add cream flavoring or syrup, you can fool yourself into thinking it's weird coffee. I find I turn to this in the evening after dinner as a comfort drink, when I want something more "punchy" than herbal tea. More flavor than black tea, but less than coffee. Still, I'll be buying more to have as a dessert beverage. Its great with a slice of pie or cookies!
