Love this product just wish I would have received it from Amazon and was able to get ahold of them after dozens of attempts. Was offered a refund for my $40.00 quick and easy but still no luck getting through to them through all options that they offer including phone. Love using Amazon but getting very frustrated. Does anyone else have this problem where your stuff doesn’t come and you can’t get the refund that they offer?? What gives????

Worked fantastic to cure my ick in my clownfish breeding tanks. I have so much water volume I needed to recharge and reuse this but I followed the instructions on the box and it worked like a charm. The beads are VERY fine so be aware you need an ultra fine sock to hold these.

Seachem products are the industry's standard. If you use copper mess this will remove all traces within two weeks.I was showing no detectible copper within 10 days. I used it in a media bag in my overflowing w and also ran it in a reactor.

Ran my 500 gallon fowlr with copper power to get rid of ich (2.19-2.30ppm) for a month. Than ran Cuprisorb for 2 months and brought my copper levels back down to .11 per Hanna CU tester. Will continue to run for a while so that CU test negligible. Will recharge and keep for future use.
