Mug & Tea Warmer - 2 Temp. Settings, Portable, Beverage Warmer for Office & Desk

I bought this Mug Warmer for my boss, who absolutely loves coffee, and it’s going to be perfect for his desk! He’s always sipping on hot drinks throughout the day, and this warmer keeps his coffee at just the right temperature without getting it too hot. I tried it out before gifting it, and I was really impressed—it works amazingly! It has two temperature settings, so he can adjust it to his liking. This little cup warmer will definitely make his workday more enjoyable, and I’m so glad I picked it out as a gift!

I really loved this coffee warmer, it did a great job keeping my coffee warm in a cold room. I liked the look and it seemed well built. The touch control was nice and responsive. Unfortunately, after about 2 months it stopped heating. The light on the touch control still worked (red for high, blue for low), but there was no heat whatsoever coming out of the unit. I tried unplugging, and tried moving it to another outlet, but it is definitely dead. I bought this one to replace another brand that had stopped working after about 6 weeks. It seems that many of these units are built cheaply and were not made to last. Update: right after I posted my review, I was contacted by Garmee. They immediately shipped me a new cup warmer, and it arrived in just a couple days. Excellent customer service, and I love this cup warmer.

This warmer will keep your beverage hotter than if left on the table. BUT, all of these warmers suffer from the design of coffee cups. Every cup has a large “dimple” on its bottom, surrounded by a ridge. So it’s through that ridge that the heat is transferred, and it’s not very efficient. You get constant lukewarm coffee for a long time. I have an unofficial, unapproved solution!! I found a dollar-sized commerative coin and placed on the warmer. Voila! The coffe stays much hotter. BUT do not touch the coin! Very hot.

(Update) The customer service on this item was excellent. The seller saw my initial 3-star review (below), reached out to me, asked how to make it good, then followed up within 24 hours with a satisfactory remedy. I'm impressed with their dedication to a good customer experience and as a result I'll probably give this item another shot when/if my current differently-branded warmer gives up the ghost. I bought this item 11 months ago and it worked great until today. My coffee was cold, the light was on, but there was no heat at either setting. I'm not sure if I'll buy another one or try a competitor. It should have lasted longer, especially since I only used it two or three days a week.

It worked great for two weeks but the past two days it's not getting hot. It has two settings, a low temperature (blue light), and a high temperature (red light). When it was working I could NOT put my hand on it when it was set on high or it would burn me. I loved the high setting and it kept my coffee at the perfect temperature. BUT NOW at the high temperature (red light), I can put the palm of my hand on the entire surface and it's barely warm, and my coffee is lukewarm to cool on the high setting. Clearly, it's a defective unit. I should have read the recent one-star reviews before purchasing because I see others are having the same problem. Works great for a week or two and then stops working properly. Don't buy this product.

This is much thinner/slimmer and much more attractive than the other top seller on Amazon that I bought first. It looks beautiful on my desk. Definitely heats up just as much as my prior coffee warmer. I like that it doesn't have dumb features I don't need, like the last one I had that had a sensor and would turn off and on every time I took my cup off to take a sip. As a result, it broke in less than six months. This one has only one button. Push once for hot; push again for less hot; push again to turn off. Beautiful. On top of that, Garmee's customer service is excellent. The first one I got arrived with a tiny chip or crack. I messaged them to ask if it was still safe to use. They responded right away and immediately offered to send me a new one, which showed up less than two days later. For now, I'm very impressed all around with this product and the company. The only suggestion I'd have to improve it is to slightly increase the height of the "feet" between the bottom of the warmer and the desk. I only say this because I have a walnut desk, and the warmer definitely heats up a lot (which is good, for the purpose I need it for!) and heats up the desk a fair amount. So far it hasn't damaged the wood, but just in case, I stuck a coaster under it, and it's fine now. I will say though that the prior warmer I had did the exact same thing, so this is still probably the best option on the market right now.

It works well and has been well used and deserves 5 stars. Alas, it stopped working within a year. It is cheap enough but it should last longer than a year.

Je l' ai reçu il y a quelques heures, et ça fonctionne! Mon café est rechauffé au bout de quelques minutes. Les deux boutons de chaleur marchent bien. Pour vu que ça dure. Je m' engage à verifier que ça marche à la durée et de completer mon commentaire d' ici un mois. Pour le moment très satisfaite. (Un petit bemol: la plaque reste chaude 1-2 minutes après l' avoir éteinte. Pas grand' chose, on ne risque pas vraiement de se bruler mais j' aurais preféré une plaque induction) CORRECTION: ON RISQUE DE SE BRULER, LE CENTRE DE LA PLAQUE EST TRES CHAUD. Le cable est sufisament long (1 mètre à peu près). L' aspect minimal "chic". Très commode. Tout ça à un prix très raisonable. 12/02/2023 le mois a passé ça chauffe encore mais j' ai l' impression que sa "force" diminue. A voir.

Update: I have now had this excellent warmer for quite some time. Other warmers didn't last very long. I said that it takes a while to warm up, but that's with a fair bit of cold milk. Now with a steamer there is no problem. In fact on its low setting (blue light) it keeps the coffee plenty warm. I'm still using the metal flat bottom cup. The problem, I think, with other warmers is that they burn out, that the element gets too hot. I went through a few of those in short order. So really, to have a warmer (and not a heater) is really a smart idea from the company. I haven't tried a flat bottom ceramic cup yet so I can't speak to that. Before I was I am changing my review to 5 stars. I've had it for a few days and it's excellent. The stumbling block turned out not to be real. When. gifting you can either supply a metal cup (flat bottom) or tell the person it needs one. The coffee warmed up fairly quickly and when the cup was half full I turned it down from the red setting (hot) to the blue setting (warm). All good at least it worked well for me.

Such a handy little gadget. I am a notoriously slow tea/coffee drinker so this is great for keeping it warm. Would recommend for the home office!
