Good starter guitar.
I like it more than I thought I would. Description said the amp was battery powered but mine plugs into the wall. Nice! Sounds pretty good after tuning and adjusting things. I'm a very early stage beginner and this was a really good purchase for me. If I stick with it and get better I might buy something a little more pricey.. but I think this unit can hold me over until I become intermediate! I took off one star because the tremolo/whammy bar doesn't seem to do anything. Don't know if I don't know how to use it or it's just by design.

I was pleasantly surprised with this, as this was my first electric guitar and extremely high quality for the price, the amp sounds great and the guitar itself is fantastic, could not recommend enough. It has good size, feels great to play.

First words out of my grandson was-Is it real? As he had the biggest smile on his face.
This guitar was a perfect gift for my 14 1/2 yr old grandson for Xmas. The smile never left his face all day as he carried it around for the rest of the day and into the evening. My daughter-in-law told me 2 days later that he learned 2 songs already and it hasn't left his side. I am so glad that gift was a huge hit. It came with an amp, a vinyl case, picks and extra cords in case one breaks. the price was great for what you got. the guitar was a pretty blue on the body of the guitar. I can't say enough about this guitar. It was a perfect gift that my grandson will enjoy for years to come.

Works well.
The amp is very simple and can easily be re-wired to run on a 12 volt car plug if necessary. The guitar itself is very high quality for the price. I'm happy i didnt go with a more expensive one. Going to use it to play in church to glorify God.

Warped neck
I've had this guitar for almost a year before it made some weird noises. Took it to a nearby shop to get it checked, said the neck was warped. 65 dollars in the drain. Plays good, sounds and looks cool, feels cool but in the end, it doesn't have much life to go before it's gonna have to be replaced.
