probably not most cars have 134 adapters you can use with 134 adapter but it depends on much room you have on the car

This tool is used to replace the valve core with the refrigerant still in the system. You do not use this when you are removing the charge from the system. It is for changing valve cores only. If you do it correctly you will not lose the refrigerant out of the system when you change out a leaking core.

I don't think so, but if you are doing service work on refrigeration systems you better have recovery equipment or you could face a huge fine or go to jail or both.
