Product arrived timely and was simple to put together with ...
Product arrived timely and was simple to put together with four screws. However, the wood was cracked in two places. Living in the desert, I am thinking it will crack even more due to the dryness.

Yikes!!!
One of the legs broke while I was screwing it to the base. Hot glue to the rescue...and then I have it assembled, or so I think. I put in my bathroom and the screws pull straight out of base

Worth every penny. Beautiful product.
Received the product with a few flaws. Sent an email to the seller. Received an immediate response. They were willing to send us a replacement. Sent all my information but obviously my email didn't send correctly. Well, I kept getting emails from them asking where to send the new unit since they hadn't heard back from me. Persistent customer service. I have a couple of the plastic units, but nothing compares to these. Beautiful and solid wood product. Even the wife loves it. Highly recommended. Customer service is top notch also, so you can't lose.
