So I finally pulled it out the box after my extra connector came that I ordered separate, I came to blow it up and 8-10secs into blowing it up the blow pump stopped?? And it’s not worked since, waste of money really!

First one ordered, the inflation pump quit after 30 seconds. I returned it, and ordered a replacement. This one was a slight improvement as the pump stopped working after one whole minute! This was returned and I received a refund. It was a shame, but not worth the effort.

Purchased last month and inflated for big party last night, 30-40 seconds after turning on fan stopped and didn’t work! Deflated and disappointed. Really sad as looked great on pics

DO NOT BUYThis is not made for the UKAfter realising I needed to spend a further £20 on a plug that transfers American to UK. I plugged it in and the blower burnt out after 40 seconds of blowing.There are no details of the seller on here to complain to. Waste of money and a complete waste of time. I repeat DO NOT BUY

Don’t waste your money buying this,arrived in damaged box,sand bag was ripped with sand everywhere,converters aren’t powerful enough for it and now the fan has stopped working which didn’t surprise me as there seemed to be something rattling around in it when I first lifted it out the box,fan itself felt cheap,worst inflatable I’ve ever bought,seller should be throughly checking before selling

I really liked the look of this arch so I paid a little bit more than some others I'd been looking at (not a huge amount more, but nevertheless), when it arrived I realised it had a US plug on it and so I had to buy an adaptor which was about £15.When the adaptor arrived I plugged in the arch and the fan motor started to work for all of 10 seconds and then the motor burned out.I'd planned on exchanging it thinking I'd just got a faulty one, but then I checked the reviews and realised that others had had the exact same experience so I decided it was just a bad product so bought a different one elsewhere and returned this one.The refund was done very quickly so cant fault the service, but the product itself is an absolute disaster of Brexit proportions.

Motor not working

On setting up tonight(Halloween) it blew the power, and would not inflate. A garden full of disappointed little ones😢 brought this sept, so unable to return, even though faulty! Amazon, can you advise please???? As this is surely not acceptable???Ive purchased this in good faith through your website.

Very disappointed and upset. This item came with an American plug and Voltage, rendering it useless for our Halloween Party. Didn’t open it until past the return date, so I’m going to have trouble getting my money back. Just assumed that it would have a European plug since it was bought on the German site. Never had this problem before. Very disappointed 😡

Idea carina, ma metterlo in piedi è un’impresa. Inoltre, metterci direttamente il convertitore aiuterebbe non poco. Anche a me ha smesso di funzionare dopo pochi secondi, probabilmente perché il motore s’é bruciato a causa del voltaggio sbagliato, non avendo usato un convertitore ma solo un adattatore ( colpa mia non aver letto bene le specifiche, motivo per cui non chiederò nulla). Altri gonfiabili acquistati hanno già tutto incluso e si sono rivelati più pratici. Do una stella per via della poca praticità, il prodotto non saprei.
