I've bought this a few times. It's bubble bath and body wash combined, but it's a bit pricy to use as bubble bath. It's peppermint, so it's good for sore muscles or for cooling you down. Foams well, smells great, soothes muscles. It's not miraculous, of course, or medicinal. It just helps take the edge off. As someone with some minor daily aches and pains, this is my go-to body wash. I even more highly recommend the peppermint body lotion from the same company.

Too Much Hype
Reviews overrate. If I stood wet and lathered up for several minutes maybe it would ease muscle aches and the scent would last longer than an hour. Me thinks this would have been much better as a Epson salt.
