Cooking Direction: 1. Take 200g (1Cup) of wheat Idiyappam Flour and 150 ml (3/4 Cup) of normal water with required salt 2.Mix Continuously and Knead the dough till is formed. 3.Boil some water in idly cooker steaming and grease the idly plate with some oil. 4.Then Place the dough inside the idiyappam maker and press circular motion on greased idly plate. 5.further steam it for 2-3 minutes Now Serve hot and enjoy eating wheat Idiyappam.
