Almost no waiting time. Product arrived sooner than expected and I like it.
I liked the fact it took just a little amount to get a nice head of bubbles and shampoo. It has a nice smell too. Left my hair clean and soft. Will continue to use it.

Like the product; horrible shipping
I like the product but the item arrived with the cap not completely screwed tight. Upon putting my hand in the bag to retrieve the item, soap was all over the bag inside.
