Im making cheesecake with a standard 9in springform pan. Would thise fit in here after baking for transport?

NO!!! Absolutely not!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE SELLER WHO POSTED THIS ANSWER. These pans are NOT suitable for anything 9" around. The BASE of these is only 7-1/2 inches around, not 9. The only part that is 9 inches is the top edge of the pan, which has flared sides. So these are USELESS for storing anything made in a 9" springform pan. Why do sellers lie?!!!! Trust me, I will absolutely be reporting this dishonesty.

Where are these made?

I just checked both the pans and their lids and I can't find anything pertaining to where they were made, sorry I couldn't help.

How deep is the pan without the lid on it?

The package says 1.95 inches, but they are closer to about 1.5 inches deep without lid.

Would this be good for a layerd cheesecake?

The depth of the pan is 2" to the very top of outer rim but the inner useable depth is 1 3 /4" . This handles most cheesecake recipes, but ones that use 4 blocks of cream cheese and rise quite high might not fit. In addition most cheesecakes are heavy so I suggest using 2 pans stacked together for better stability. The pans are inexpensive so using 2 is negligble. I love cheesecakes and if I can bear to give them as gifts, these pans work well. Check them during cooking as the tin foil, thin, could tend to encourage faster cook times. Using 2 pans could be an advantage in in this case, by more even baking.
