Amazon wrong replacement policy
Why did you pick this product vs others?: The product supplied was defective not working. The replacement shud have been done against the defective product exchange and not wait till it is returned. The seller may resend the same defective product is the fear. Amazon must change the policy and make customer friendly to retain confidence or customer will stop using Amazon.
