The tea flavor is mellow and rich, and proper steeping really pulls the tea out of the leaves, leaving very little behind. I really can’t say enough about this tea, but if you want a dependable brew to relax in the midafternoon or at breakfast that is fresh and full of energy, you should try it. You won’t go wrong. I don’t recommend drinking it in the evening, unless of course you work the night shift. If you do drink it in the evening, you will probably want to work the night shift.
