bubba 24 oz sport bottle active smoke

This was a gift for my mother. She has the exact same one but wanted a backup. She drives a mini cooper, which has narrow cup holders, and this bottle fits perfectly. She also loves the easy flip open top for when she is driving. She carries these water bottles around with her all day, everywhere she goes. They have been banged around and dropped without cracking or breaking. WAS THIS REVIEW HELPFUL? PLEASE CLICK YES BELOW :)

I purchased 3 of the Bubba 24 oz Sport Bottles for my 3 older grandchildren. They can use them when traveling by car to help prevent spills of course, but also to avoid the children from asking to buy a beverage when we are on the road. We have acreage, so these bottles will be very helpful outdoors at my house, to keep the children from coming indoors too often to get a drink. I have also purchased 3 of the 12 oz size for my toddler grandchildren. I like the sturdy quality, the sipper top and style of these beverage bottles and they come with an extra straw, which is a plus. I bought a 12 oz one for myself as a bedside water bottle & it is perfect for me. My local retail stores do carry this brand in a variety of styles and sipper tops but do not have the sipper top like these on the 24 oz, which I like best. I was hoping to find 16-20 oz sizes but haven't yet. I would give it a 5 star but I don't "love" things.

I like that its pretty easy to clean as long as you have a straw brush, but after a while the holes don't line up quite right between the hard plastic straw that bends down and the hole in the lid that goes to the inner straw making it hard to drink from.

I purchased it in November 2012 and the hinge of the mouthpiece broke three weeks later after light to moderate use taking it to the gym. None of my five attempts to get the manuafcturer's guaranteed repair or replacement have met with any response at all. A nice person at their corporate Customer Service line told me to send photos to an email address and that I should not expect a response from the forms on the website or email I had sent, saying that only calling works. I have never received an acknowledgement, or other response to the submission she coached me through. .Even though this is just a plastic bottle with a straw in it, I bought it for a purpose and now I've wasted time and money and have nothing to show for it. I will buy a replacement from another brand.

I need to return this Bubba. The mouth piece is clogged with glue and can not even be used. I think I got a bad one.

This is my favorite water bottle, and I've bought multiples so I can have at home and one at work, plus an extra if I lose one. It's durable, doesn't spill, and keeps the water cool for awhile.

Nice and sturdy bottle. It is not a squeezable bottle though. I cracked mine when trying to squeeze hot water through the mouth piece.

I bought this bottle in blue and pink for our hikes in and around the Grand Canyon. When we got back home, I took them to the gym frequently. I really like these bottles: they are easier to drink from than my Camelbacks during a workout. HOWEVER....after only a short time, I noticed that the straws inside were splitting at the ends, where you have to push them onto the lid part. Soon, the splits grew so large that the straw would no longer stay on, rendering the bottle useless (unless I want to take the lid off and drink straight from the bottle...which would be fine if I had no other choice in drinking vessels, but being that it may.....) I tried contacting Bubba CS and they told me to send pictures and then they would send a replacement, blah blah blah. I did what they asked, and never heard from them again. I was loath to purchase any new bottles from them, knowing that they have a life span of only a few months each and no Customer Support, but gosh dang it, I really like those bottles the best for the gym! So I got a good price and ordered a couple. Shortly thereafter, just for kicks, I tried my Camelback straw in the Bubba. By God, it worked! Next time I'm over at Target or REI, I'm going to pick up a pack of Camelback straws to fix my Bubbas. Long story short: these are really great bottles. But the straw part is junk and won't last very long. Camelback replacement straws work.
